Selling from abroad
Many owners live outside Germany. We value the property on site, prepare the documents, handle the viewings and only present buyers whose financing has been checked. You decide whether the property is advertised publicly or offered discreetly.
You do not need to be present for every step. With a notarised power of attorney, the sale can usually be completed without travelling to Starnberg. Your notary and tax advisor will confirm what applies in your case.
